SOFTWARE SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into on 1 August 2026 between the following parties:

1. Scope of Service

The 1st Party agrees to provide the 2nd Party access to the Host Tech Education ERP — Standard Package, including the following modules:

• Online Admission
• Student Management
• Attendance
• Exam & Result
• Accounts & Fees
• SMS & Notice
• Library

2. Financial Terms

One-Time Setup Fee৳8,000

3. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain valid for the billing cycle specified above, renewable upon mutual consent. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

4. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Host Tech agrees to safeguard all institutional data with industry-standard encryption and shall not disclose such data to third parties without prior written consent from the 2nd Party.

5. Support & Service Level

Standard business-hours support (Sun–Thu, 10 AM – 6 PM) is included. Critical issues will be responded to within 4 business hours during the subscription period.
